Forum Info-Tech Launches AI IT Services to Help Businesses Adopt Microsoft Copilot Safely and Productively
New service line helps businesses adopt Microsoft Copilot with proper data governance, security alignment and training support.
Copilot reflects how your environment is organized. If it isn't ready, Copilot doesn't fix the problem, it reveals it faster. Our AI IT Services close that gap before it becomes a risk.”
CORONA, CA, UNITED STATES, August 20, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Forum Info-Tech (FIT), a Top 100 managed IT services provider serving small and mid-market businesses, announced the launch of its AI IT services line, a structured offering built to help organizations adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools without exposing sensitive data or wasting license spend.— Biren Shukla, Founder and CEO of Forum Info-Tech
The new service line includes four components: Copilot readiness and AI risk assessment, data governance and security alignment, controlled Copilot implementation, and ongoing training and adoption support. FIT designed the offering after observing a common pattern among clients: teams adopting AI tools before assessing whether their Microsoft 365 environment, data permissions and processes were ready to support them safely.
"Copilot reflects how your environment is organized,” said Biren Shukla, founder and CEO of Forum Info-Tech. “If it isn't ready, Copilot doesn't fix the problem, it reveals it faster. Our AI IT services close that gap before it becomes a risk."
Independent research supports the productivity case for structured Copilot adoption. In Microsoft's Work Trend Index study of early Copilot users, participants completed a set of common knowledge-work tasks (searching for information, writing and summarizing) 29 percent faster than a control group, with no measurable drop in accuracy. Separately, Copilot users in Microsoft's Early Access Program reported an average time savings of 14 minutes per day, or roughly 1.2 hours per week.
Forum Info-Tech reports that its own internal rollout has tracked with those published findings. According to the company, its team has moved to broad daily use of AI tools across writing, coding and reporting tasks since deploying Copilot internally. Shukla has described the shift as adding five to 10 hours of productivity back to his own work week.
"That time adds up fast," he said. "When your team gets hours back every week, they're not just working faster, they're working on higher-value problems. That's the outcome we build every rollout around."
The AI IT services launch follows Forum Info-Tech's recognition on the 2025 Channel Futures MSP 501 list and its selection as a 2024 MSP Titans of the Industry award winner. The company has operated for more than 20 years and serves clients across healthcare, legal, financial services, construction, manufacturing and local government.
